Candidate must be highly organized, self-directed, able to multi-task and respectful of confidentiality.
Duties include handling telephone switchboard, greeting consumers/visitors, computer data-entry, confirming insurance coverage, collecting money and cross-training with support staff.
It is essential that this person can excel and work effectively in a team environment and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working practical knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Great benefits with working Monday to Friday from 8:
30 am to 4:
30 pm for 35 hours per week.
